Starting from baby boomers, to gen X and all the way to millennials, today’s workforce is very well structured, each generation offering its piece of experience and expertise for the companies they work for.
Each generation has its PROs and CONs and the key to having a successful company with a productive workplace is to know exactly what your values are and how you want to implement them.
Having a 33% ratio for each of the 3 generations could be the easy way out, but depending on your company’s industry, you should think about redistributing the jobs based on each employee’s generation.
