This Jacket Collects Rain Water And Makes It Drinkable
This very innovative jacket collects rain water and makes it drinkable, all while your walking around town on a rainy day. It’s very useful for camping enthusiasts when they’re going on nature hikes and also for people that love to walk a lot, especially on a rainy day.
This awesome jacket is called the Raincatch was developed by CIID students, Hyeona Yang and Joshua Noble, and it collects rain water through a series of tubes that act also as laces to better fit the jacket depending on your body’s size and shape.
The rain water collected goes through this series of tubes and through charcoal filters that chemically purify all the water, making it drinkable.
The Raincatch is definitely not state of the art when it comes to technology, and we’re sure that some people in the fashion capital of the world, Milan, Italy, will have some complaints about the design, but we like it because it’s very practical, unique and environmental-friendly.
Watch the Raincatch trailer below and let yourself be amazed about how easy it is to have drinkable water all the time. You never knew water could be so exciting and delicious! Trust us, you’ll love it!
