History proves to show us that every country in the world used propaganda photos, illustrations and video at one point or another in order to convince the masses of the common foreign enemy against which every man, woman and child should fight.
America used propaganda against the British, the French, the Japanese, The Chinese, the Russians and the list can go on and on. However, such direct and visual propaganda hasn’t been used in quite some time, but apparently, in North Korea, these type of anti-American propaganda illustrations are still very much present today.
It’s pretty hard to estimate the impact that these anti-American propaganda illustrations have on the North Korean population, but considering that they have no other sources of information, they could believe just about anything.
Living in a closed regime, in a dictatorship, could make the population to believe a lot of things, some of which are almost impossible to comprehend if you are living in a democratic country.
We’ve seen what people think about America around the world, but we can’t imagine how North Koreans actually perceive Americans…
