Thanks again to Andrew Tarusov who seems to like designing our favorite fantasy characters into pin up art. This time he made the Game of Thrones Pin Up girls. Basically all, or almost all, the female cast from Game of Thrones.
Like the Disney princesses he made before, the likeness of these girls is strikingly close to reality. It’s as if this is how they would look as cartoons. And not to mention the fact that they’re in pin-up form which is a definite plus.
If you’ll look at the list below, there’s a small chance there isn’t someone from the show. The bigger cast most definitely is, don’t worry about it. If by any chance we missed someone, please chheck out Andrew Tarusov’s Instagram page and see all of his work.
Now, for those of you who don’t know what pin-up is, where have you been living all these years. Well, to be fair, it’s not all that new either. The whole thing started with the Greeks and Romans who were infatuated with the female form. Who isn’t! Then the Renaissance brought it back into the public eye, but not until the late 19th century and WWII in 1939, when the pin-up fad really started up.
Like their name suggests, the intent was for these kinky girls to be pinned up on walls as calendars or commercials for different objects. Nevertheless, if you want to find out more, check this out. Now, please enjoy the “Game of Thrones Pin Up Girls”, compliments of Andrew Tarusov.
