Here’s how 7 million blooming tulips look like in The Netherlands. This season is probably one of the best times of the year to visit Holland, and if you weren’t planning on doing this until now, you’ll definitely add this to your travel list.
Starting from mid March and all the way to mid May, The Netherlands transforms into these vast fields of blooming tulips which give color to all of the surround areas. It’s really a treat and a delight for your eyes, and tourists from all over the world are popping out like mushrooms.
Chanel Cartell and Stevo Dirnberger are a traveling couple who decided to visit Holland during spring and they couldn’t have had a better idea. They started taking shots of the endless colorful fields of blooming tulips and the results are spectacular.
Their blog, called ‘How Far From Home’, features photos covering approximately 7 million tulips in their blooming period. Go to Holland’s official guide to read more about the blooming season and follow the couple on Instagram, here and here.
