Thanks to the internet, we live in a world of facts. Now even if these facts aren’t the same thing as knowing the whole thing, it’s a great way to begin your journey of knowledge about any particular subject. Thanks to the guys at Mentalfloss, who comprised a 50 fact list from National Geographic Kids’ new book 5,000 Awesome Facts (About Everything) 2we are able to share that list with you.

It’s possible you may know some of these, but unless you won the “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire” game show, it’s next to impossible to know them all.
