The Red Light District prostitutes of Amsterdam shock bystanders on the street with an incredible dancing performance. For anyone who has ever been in The Netherlands’ capital city, it would come as no surprise to see girls insight windows, trying to attract your attention. It’s part of their job, it’s how they get clients.

Being such a competitive environment, a lot of prostitutes have to come up with creative ways of attractive more clientele. Dancing, touching themselves or carefully whispering something while you pass their window are just a few of the tricks they have in store. Although prostitution is legal in The Netherlands and it’s what makes the Red Light District in Amsterdam so popular (besides the drugs and the vast and old Dutch traditions), a lot of the working girls became prostitutes without their will.

A campaign entitled ‘STOP THE TRAFFIK’, which started back in 2012, has done an incredible job at raising awareness on this key issue – Human Trafficking. The campaign starts off with some very beautiful and sexy ‘prostitutes’ just doing their thing in their window ‘booths’.

After a larger crowd gathers in front of them to watch them, suddenly, one of the girls starts shaking, and then another and so on until the music starts and they all begin a dance number. Their dancing skills are obvious and widely appreciated by the entire crowd. People are cheering and applauding and then, a message appears on the building where these girls are located.
