The vet students from the University of Sydney stripped off to create the ‘We’re for the bush’ calendar and having such a noble cause behind their action, to help drought-afflicted farmers, turned their calendar into a huge success.
University of Sydney students have a long tradition in posing nude for their annual calendar, this being the 30th year they create a very impressive photo shoot, and according to some people, this is their greatest work yet!
‘Australia has been in the grips of the devastating droughts,’ said Mr Clifton, a fourth year veterinary bioscience student and media director.
‘Drought is something we were told about as soon as we started University classes. And a lot of us have come from agricultural backgrounds so we know the impact it has on farmers, their families and the communities. Farmers are struggling with options for their livestock so we want to sell as much calendars as we can to help them in times of need.’ he added.
